PAUL NEALE, FRANCHISE LAWYER 

Paul Neale is a Supreme Court lawyer. For over 20 years he has worked with franchising and is probably the most experenced lawyer on the subject in Denmark.
 
Paul Neale's work experience covers all legal aspects of business format franchising including: master franchise relations, franchisor / owner-operator relations and joint ventures.
 
Paul Neale represents many Danish and international companies who operate or plan to operate through franchising in Scandinavia.

Paul Neale also offers advice on industrial relations matters. This includes representation for franchisors in trade union relations, where his cultural perspective is invaluable, and other aspects of Collective Bargaining Law.
 
To the extent that no conflict of interest may occur in relation to clients within the franchisor environment, Paul Neale also renders legal services to both future and established franchisees.
 
Paul Neale also lectures on franchising issues and is frequently invited to speak by the business community, consultants, organizations and companies.
 
Paul Neale is a member of the board of directors of the Danish Franchise Association (DFF) and is co-author of the book "Franchising", published by Børsens Forlag in 2006.
